This at times requires us to provide additional support beyond what the customer will observe on the final invoice and that is how we prefer it. Our goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with our service from start to finish which may come at a cost to us, but we consider this to be an integral part of a truly great company and will not compromise to make a higher profit.
